Fix 2nd value of /proc/uptime. This is, used CPU time is mis-calculated. This is most probably related to user_mode() (from ./include/asm-vax/ptrace.h) which maybe needs to check previous_mode, too

- - For what are (physical) addresses around 0x8000000 used? They're used in an EPROM I've ripped off a LCG framebuffer.
