Hallo Liste, ich habe ein Problem mit einem AMD64 3000+ (Venice core) auf einem MSI K8T Neo2-Mainboard. Lt. /proc/cpuinfo sehe ich keine Power-Optionen: processor : 0 vendor_id : AuthenticAMD cpu family : 15 model : 47 model name : AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+ stepping : 0 cpu MHz : 1801.356 cache size : 512 KB fdiv_bug : no hlt_bug : no f00f_bug : no coma_bug : no fpu : yes fpu_exception : yes cpuid level : 1 wp : yes flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 clflush mmx fxsr sse sse2 syscall nx mmxext fxsr_opt lm 3dnowext 3dnow pni bogomips : 3522.56 Ein modprobe (hab das Modul auch in den Kernel eingebaut probiert) sagt mir: powernow-k8: BIOS error - no PSB or ACPI _PSS objects obwohl im BIOS Cool & Quiet sowie APCI eingeschaltet sind. Ich hab's sowohl mit vanilla-sources 2.6.12 wie auch den gentoo-Sources probiert, hat aber beides leider nichts geholfen. Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte? Viele Grüße & Danke, uwe
