Yes you overlooked page 2 of the PDX documentation ;-)

Please don't use the any pinouts for the ISA96-Bus other than those
approved by the documentation DIN 41612!

DIN - Deutsche Industrie Normierung

Use only for ISA-BUS adaptions!!!

Furthermore, please use regular power connection on X9 (Page 2/13)
in the provided documentation.

Most probably you can measure what pins provide appropriate power 
on the ISA-96-Bus connector!
