[LV] Success! was: Re: Status of the toolchain build scripts?

Hi all,

with the latest GCC fixes it has now become possible to build a working tool-
chain, so I've started looking at the kernel instead.

Yesterday evening I had to spend some time getting water out of my basement
(other Europeans around here with exceptional weather conditions to report?),
but before that I pared down the config to something that allows the kernel
to build, and I've managed to almost fully boot my VS4000/60 with the resul-
ting image. NFSroot doesn't seem to work, but I'll look further into that, as
well as getting my other Vaxen going.

So - I guess the current question is which areas (kernel, libc etc.) are most
in need of attention?
