Not much packaging needed. Should just work[tm] once it's extracted
somewhere.

FWIW, the last tarball of a kernel-only i686->vax cross-compiler ist
at http://lug-owl.de/~jbglaw/vax-linux-uclibc-installation.tar.bz2
