[LV] The kernel build process & tools any changes .

 	Hello All & Jan-Benedict ,
 	I have just got my hands on a microvax4000-500 ,  with nothing but the 
cpu & 128MB memory .  The tk70 is either dead or needing alot of tlc .

 	That said ,  I tried the kernel build I made for the one still in 
storage and that kept tring to reboot , reboot , ......

 	So I guess I'll need to try building a bootable kernel for it along the 
lines everyone suggested I do with the previous .  But Jan's been extremely busy 
doing things & making changes ,  Not to mention that Maciej has gotten us TC 
support .  And last I heard there was some majors changes in the works for the 
build procedure & scripts .
 	So ...
 	Please pipe up where the build tools are now & how to acquire them .
 	And please don't forget I'll need to know "howto use them" .
 	I still have the old build tools around .
