SIMH recently gained support for quite a few more models, including the 4000 M60

Obviously a simulator is an incomplete target (in particular last I
checked simh allowed you to do things with MSCP that would give a real
VAX indigestion), but it can be a really useful tool to quickly test
something with an abundance of RAM :)
