das heisst Du sollst schnell ein Backup machen :-)
Die Fehlermeldung ist eindeutig die Platte. Zur weiteren 
Diagnose würde ich die smartmontools einsetzen
und mir die Ausgabe von 

smartctl -a /dev/sda 

anschauen.
