[Suche] Simples Grafikprogramm

Hallo Liste,

ich suche für einen Anfänger ein Grafikprogramm, mit dem man möglichst
einfach bunte Geburtstagskarten (u.ä.) mit Clip Arts usw. drin basteln
kann. Gibts da was schönes?
