Das ist so leider nicht korrekt. Es gibt naemlich Programme 
(crafty faellt mir ein), die nur _unentgeltlich_ weitergegeben
werden duerfen. Wenn ich jemandem in meinem VHS Kurs eine CD schenke 
und er Kursgebuehren bezahlt hat, ist das eine rechtliche Knobelaufgabe. 

Deshalb war crafty wohl auch unter non-free bei der Debian, weil nicht
klar war, ob z.B. JFL davon eine CD veroeffentlichen darf.  Es ist
seit potato unter main und das copyright file enthaelt u.a. eine EMail
Diskussion zwischen Autor und debian maintainer :-)

no...  I simply don't want someone to market crafty as a chess program.
Including it with something else is fine, knowing that there will be
newer (and better) versions for free on my ftp machine anyway.  I put
that restriction in because there was a company that was making waves
about "Crafty is just too strong to be free, we are going to modify it
a little and then sell it..."
