Kompilierungsfehler beim Kernel 2.2.5

Sieht ganz verdächtig nach einem kaputten RAM-Modul aus. 
Der Compiler legt beim Compilieren recht grosse Tabellen im Ram an,
wenn da was nicht passt Stirbt er.
