war Frau Merz nicht irgendwo beim DeCIX oder de-NIC-Vorstand? 

was hatte die eigtnlich noch verbrochen? irgendwie muss da
irgendwann was im Zeitraum '94-'96 gewesen sein, aber es faellt
mir nicht ein...
