Als einzigen eintrag in der syslog.conf

local4.debug /tmp/dummyfile

Und ansonsten nix - Wobei cron keine eigene facility ist afaik und daher
im "normalen" syslogd nicht filterbar.

Guck dir mal den "syslog-ng" an - Da kann man afaik auch via regexp
filtern ... 

apt-get install syslog-ng
