Broadcast-pings kann man imho über /proc irgendwo abschalten, und den
Rest sollte man doch mit irgendetwas in der Art von

	ipchains -A output -p icmp -s 127.0.0.1 -d 0/0 -j DROP

...oder so killen können?!
