Server fährt manchmal nicht hoch

Mahlzeit!

Seit einiger Zeit haben wir hier ein unerklärliches Problem: Um 20.40
Uhr soll unser Samba-Server (suse linux 7.3) einen Neustart durchführen.
Klappt auch meistens. Ab und an fährt er aber nicht richtig runter.

/var/log/messages ergibt folgendes:

Normal:

Aug  6 20:40:04 vpc90 rpc.mountd: Caught signal 15, un-registering and

Wenns mal nicht geht:

Woran kann das liegen? Hat jmd. auch schonmal dieses Problem gehabt?
