negative list glob

HI,
weiss jemand wie ich in der shell ein globbing hinbekommen was bestimmte
sachen ausschliesst anstatt einschliesst ?

Also das umgekehrte von

ls *CVS*

z.b.

Ueber die bash "extglob" geschichten sollte man das hinbekommen - Nu
haette ich das gerne auch auf eine Sun !?! 

Ewig ein 

ls -1 | grep -v CVS 

ist doof - Ausserdem - Wenn man das shell script gerne mit
-e laufen lassen wuerde d.h. bei jedem fehler abbrechen und das
CVS verzeichnis ist mal nicht da -> boing ...
