Dafür hab ich neulich das Programm "keychain" entdeckt, per
apt-get zu installieren. In meiner .profile steht jetzt 
keychain ~/.ssh/id_rsa ~/.ssh/id_dsa
und ich werde direkt nach dem Einloggen einmalig nach dem
Passphrase gefragt, das wars. Nur die Einträge in
.ssh/known_hosts muß man natürlich noch machen.
