TOP ist schon in RFC1081 definiert. Da dies der erste? RFC über POP3 ist,
gehe ich davon aus dass neben den 'minimal pop3 commands' zumeist auch die 
beiden 'optional pop3 commands' implementiert sind. Mir ist bisher kein
POP3 Server aufgefallen der dies nicht beherrscht. (Im Gegensatz zu den
POP3 extension aus RFC1082. Da ist es meistens Glücksache).
