Tag,

hab mir eine CNet CNF-401 gekauft (realtek-Chip 8139 Cardbus) und
versuch grad das Ding unter woody zum automatisch Modul laden zu
überzeugen ...
Wenn ich die Karte reinstecke meldet der cardmgr eine neue Karte, lädt
aber kein passendes Modul. Lade ich von Hand 8139too dann hab ich eth1
und das Ding läuft.
Angezeigt wird die so:
root at legolas:~# cardctl ident
Socket 0:
~  product info: "Realtek", "Rtl8139"
~  manfid: 0x0000, 0x024c
~  function: 6 (network)
Socket 1:
~  no product info available

Für diese Chip/Karte ist aber in /etc/pcmcia/config-2.4 nichts passendes
Eingetragen, also hab ich folgendes nachgetragen:
device "realtek"
~  class "network" module "8139too"

card "CNet CNF-401"
~  version "Realtek", "Rtl8139"
~  bind "realtek"

Dann das ganze via "/etc/init.d/pcmcia reload" neu geladen, Karte raus,
Karte rein und syslog sagt:

Wird also nix erkannt und kein Modul geladen ... Wie kann ich das Ding
zum laden überreden? Hab schon alles mögliche abgegoogelt und nix
passendes gefunden.
