Mailinglist und MIME broken ?

Hallo,
Ich bekomme zwischendurch immer wieder Mails die meiner Meinung nach
falsche MIME-Informationen enthalten. Scheinbar setzt die Mailinglisten-
Software den Content-Type um und dadurch gehen multipart-Mails kaputt.
Beispiel:
