Debian Testing oder Woody?

Könntest Du uns verraten, was Du vorhast? Was ist das für ein
Computer?  Linux hat nicht nur mit PCs zu tun, momentan würde ich bei
S/390 eher bei SuSe bleiben :-)

Debian Neulingen würde ich Knoppix als _Workstation_ empfehlen.
Die ist sehr schnell installiert und hat viele goodies aus testing/unstable
denen man sonst hinterherrennt und Du hast sofort eine nette apt Konfiguration.

Für Server hat stable den Vorteil der security updates.
