Du hast definitiv probleme auf RX seite - Duplex mismatch denke ich.

Das sieht sehr seltsam aus - Entweder deine karte unterstuetzt die
mii ioctl nicht oder aber dein Kabel ist kaputt oder du hast 2 karten 
im rechner und es zeigt die falsche.
