CUPS druckt nicht

Hallo,
mein CUPS will auf einmal nicht mehr. Der betreffende Drucker ist
richtig konfiguriert.

Wie kommt das blöde backend/parallel darauf, daß es
/dev/unknown-parallel1 aufmachen soll. Diese wahrhaftig nicht
existierende Schnittstelle habe ich nirgends konfiguriert und
auch nirgends gefunden. Hat jemand eine gute Idee, wie ich da
eine vernünftige Schnittstelle eingetragen bekomme?
