komische kernel-fehler

hallo nochmal,

ich habe auf Flos  Empfehlung hin memtest installiert....
das heisst ich habe es versucht:

orthanc:~# apt-get install memtest86
Reading Package Lists... Done
Segmentation faulty Tree... 0%

und das wars dann.....

Dann habe ich gerade die RAMs gewechselt - jetzt sind 2 nagelneue
Infinion-Riegel drin...und was passiert:

orthanc:~# apt-get install memtest86
Reading Package Lists... Done
Segmentation faulty Tree... 0%

Das gleiche....
Auch ein strace hilft nicht wirklich weiter:
