Hi,

bin immer noch dabei, die zweite Grafikkarte und den zweiten Monitor 
einzubinden und finde den Fehler nicht. System ist Knoppix 3.3 mit 
Kernel 2.4.22 auf Festplatte.

Die Karte, auf die beim booten zuerst zugegriffen wird, ist die Geforce.
Ich bin folgendermaßen vorgegangen:
Habe die Geforce ausgebaut und den Rechner mit einer Knoppix-CD und der 
Matroxkarte gebootet. Hab die XF86-Config-4 auf Diskette kopiert. 
Rechner runtergefahren, die Geforce wieder eingebaut und von Festplatte 
gebootet. Anschließend habe ich die XF86Config wie nachfolgend editiert 
und in nach /etc/X11 kopiert:

Jetzt passiert folgendes: Der Rechner fährt auf Monitor 0 hoch und 
versucht dann, den X-Server zu starten. Screen 1 sagt "no signal" . In 
dem Moment, wenn auf Screen 0 der X-Server starten möchte, springt 
Screen 1 an und gibt und zeigt die Matrox an. Danach ist hängen im 
Schacht. Beide Screens sind dunkel, kein wie auch immer gearteter 
X-Server läuft, login auf einer anderen Textkonsole nicht möglich. Meine 
Vermutung ist, das ich vielleicht irgendeinen Bock bei der Bus-ID 
geschossen habe.
Ich weiß echt nicht mehr, wo ich den Fehler sonst suchen soll. 
Vielleicht erbarmt sich nochmal jemand.
