cat /var/lib/dpkg/info/*.conffiles...

Nach Debian Policy müssen alle Configfiles doch so oder so in etc
liegen. Du kannst also einfach /etc ins CVS werfen. Dann machste per
cron alle 30 Minuten einen Commit.

Als loginfo trägst du dann so ein Programm wie Deluxe Loginfo oder
CVSspam ein. (http://www.badgers-in-foil.co.uk/projects/cvsspam/ hat
eine Liste ähnlicher Programme)
