web.de "protocol violation"

Hi,
da hier diverse web.de nutzer rumspringen. Mir ist gestern aufgefallen
das web.de mails ablehnt:

<chabonit at web.de>: host mx-ha01.web.de[217.72.192.149] said: 550
	Protocol violation (in reply to DATA command)

Nach debugging im postfix:

Ich kann da jetzt nicht erkennen warum die mail abgelehnt wird. Ich
weiss auch das es original mal funktioniert hat. Weiss jemand genaueres?
Mails an postmaster at web.de sind bisher auch unbeantwortet geblieben.

PS: fwd/rev dns ist identisch, kein dyndns quatsch, kiste ist mx fuer rfc822.org und gt.owl.de
