[LV] Linux Installer for SimH VAX emulator

I have built an autopackage of the VAX emulator (incl. ka655x.bin
firmware) from SimH 3.7.3:

 http://vax64.dk/vaxemu/

I have just sent the necessary changes to the simh mailing list a few
minutes ago but the message is held pending approval (for being 49K --
there's apparently a 40K limit).

Meanwhile, you can get them with the command:
 hg clone http://vax64.dyndns.org/repo/hg/vaxemu


www.autopackage.org is currently down due a disk breakdown at
sunsite.dk^wdotsrc but there are automatic mirrors that the vaxemu
package will download its support code from so that shouldn't affect
anybody.  Just so you know why the automatic download during the install
fails with the first URL and then falls over to another.

If you want to play so much that you build the package yourself AND you
are using ubuntu, please install the Autopackage development tool from
the bash shell instead of the default dash shell.  There's an
embarrasing tiny little bug that makes the installation abort
immediately otherwise ;)
