There's a name from the past - it's been a long, long time since I've
seen him contribute to comp.os.vms!

The PDF I have is less than 280K so I can just email to whoever can get
it on the net.

(I'm sure it's in the 3 DVDs of stuff I sent to Manx, but I don't see it
there right now).
