[OT] Hmmm. Microsoft verbreitet gcc und Co?

Das ist eine interpretation von Microsoft zu dem Thema um die
vbrun300.dll nicht veroeffentlichen zu muessen. Und die vbrun300.dll ist
ein runtime library - Kein bestandteil des compilers. Sonst wuerde es ja
nach dem einmaligen uebersetzen nicht mehr gebraucht.

Richtig - Aber die vbrun300.dll kommt nicht mit Windows und der compiler
ist auch nicht standardbestandteil des Betriebssystems Windows. D.h. ich
kann das GPL programm ohne den Compiler und das Windows nicht ausfuehren
es sei denn der user distribuiert die vbrun300.dll mit seinem
vbprog.exe. Somit ist die vbrun300.dll nicht bestandteil des
Betriebssystems aber notwending zum ausfuehren des programms. 

Siehe auch g++ und libstc++ - Der g++ ist nicht notwendig fuer mein c++
programm - Die libstdc++ aber doch.

Ich will das hier nicht ins letze ausdiskutieren - Allerdings gibt es zu
dem Thema mehrere, auch inkompatible meinungen und solange das niemand
vor gericht entschieden hat ...
